Withdrawal from the contract

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded via our e-shop within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, please inform us of this fact in writing by email or via the withdrawal form. The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

The goods must be returned complete, undamaged, and without signs of assembly or use beyond normal testing. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

We will refund the purchase price to you no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract, using the same method by which we received the payment (unless agreed otherwise). The payment may be refunded only after the returned goods have been received or proof of their shipment has been provided.

Goods for which withdrawal from the contract is not possible

Due to the nature of the offered range, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract especially in the case of:

windows, doors, insect screens, blinds, and shutters manufactured or customized to measure according to customer requirements (e.g., specific dimensions, color, type of design),
goods customized according to the customer's wishes or for their person,
goods that have been professionally installed and cannot be returned without damage,
goods that have been irreversibly modified (e.g., shortened, adapted to a structural opening, etc.).

For standard (serial) goods that are not custom-made, it is possible to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period of 14 days.
